December Crusaders of the Month

Blaze D’Amico (5th) and Madeline Henry (2nd)

From the Principal

Important:
As we enter the New Year, we begin preparing for the next school year. One of the most important days of the school year is the Open House for Prospective Parents. It is our intention to give parents a good introduction to the school including faculty, facilities and program.
I asked that you take advantage of the Christmas Break to bring St. Joseph School to the attention of friends, relatives and associates. As I have noted many times, there are no better ambassadors for the school than the families we serve. The school is especially dependent on parents of preschoolers and kindergarten to recruit for the school. The school will also be able to accommodate a greater number of first and second graders next year as we have two second grade homerooms. The school will have also limited openings in grades three through eight.
Thank you in advance for your cooperation and enthusiastic support of the school. The Open House for new parents will be February 18th which is President’s Day. Hours for visitation for new parents will be from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. More information will follow. If interested parents call the school, Ms. Cory will forward a package to them with information on the school including a brief history, an overview of the curriculum, along with information on the religious aspect of the school. Tuition, fees, and procedures for registration for the coming school year will be made available at Open House.
If you are aware of parents who have children entering school for the first time, parents who have older children but who are in some manner of other unhappy with the education their children are receiving, or any family with preschoolers or elementary age students moving into the area, please provide us with their name and address and we will forward an Open House Package to them. We will not divulge who forwarded the name and address of prospective parents. Please see the enclosed form provided for that purpose.

-- Dr. Gerard Toups
