From the Principal
Dear Parents,Attached is a letter I wish to share with you from the bishop to the students. We read it to the students at this morning’s assembly. As I told the attendees at the Home and School last week, the students were excellent in their behavior and their demeanor. They demonstrated great respect, participated in the Mass and were very attentive to the bishop’s presentation and to Sister’s. They made each of us feel especially proud to be on the St. Joseph School staff.
Congratulations are in order for the second graders who made their communion this Saturday. There was a huge attendance at the Communion Mass to celebrate with them. We owe Mrs. Dufreche a sincere thank you for the preparation the students received for that blessed event.
The Eighth Grade had a most enjoyable trip through Texas last week. They visited venues in Houston, San Antonio, and Austin. Mr. Naquin, Mrs. Mercer and Mrs. Little accompanied them.
Pictures from all these events and others are available on the Website. Please visit. It is worth the time.
