Psalm 22
R My God, my God, why have you abandoned me?All who see me scoff at me;
they mock me with parted lips, they wag their heads:
"He relied on the Lord; let him deliver him,
let him rescue him, if he loves him." R
Indeed, many dogs surround me,
a pack of evildoers closes in upon me;
they have pierced my hands and my feet;
I can count all my bones. R
They divide my garments among them,
and for my vesture they cast lots.
But you, O Lord, be not far from me;
O my help, hasten to aid me. R
I will proclaim your name to my brethern;
in the midst of the assembly I will praise you:
"You who fear the Lord, praise him;
all you descendants of Jacob, give glory to him;
revere him, all you descendants of Israel!" R
From the Principal
Dear Parents,
Yesterday Father John celebrated Mass for the students and asked them a question. “What was the most important Christian celebration Christmas or Easter?” There was some disagreement amongst the students as to the correct answer to that question. Father explained to the students the significance of the Resurrection and how event is more important than even Jesus’ birth. St. Paul tells us that without the Resurrection “your faith is vain; you are still in your sins.” The students received the message. This is the central mystery of our faith. Please have a faithful and Happy Easter.
The eighth graders are going on their trip next week Tuesday through Friday. We pray for a safe, funfilled, and enlightening trip. You may follow their progress through pictures and their blogging on our website.
The final results for the fair are still in the process of being completed. We will get the to you as soon as possible.

Prayer for Priests
The Year for Priests 2009-2010Dear Lord,
We pray that the Blessed Mother wrap her mantle around Your priests and through her intercession strengthen them for their ministry.
We pray that Mary will guide Your priests to follow her own words,
"Do whatever He tells you." (Jn 2:5)
May Your priests have the heart of St. Joseph, Mary's most chaste spouse.
May the Blessed Mother's own pierced heart inspire them to embrace all who suffer at the foot of the cross.
May Your priests be holy, filled with the fire of Your love, seeking nothing but Your greater glory and the salvation of souls.
Amen
St. John Vianney, pray for us
