Psalm 95

R If today you hear his voice, harden not your hearts.

Come, let us sing joyfully to the LORD;
let us acclaim the Rock of our salvation.
Let us come into his presence with thanksgiving;
let us joyfully sing psalms to him.

R. If today you hear his voice, harden not your hearts.

Come, let us bow down in worship;
let us kneel before the LORD who made us.
For he is our God,
and we are the people he shepherds, the flock he guides.

R. If today you hear his voice, harden not your hearts.

Oh, that today you would hear his voice:
"Harden not your hearts as at Meribah,
as in the day of Massah in the desert,
Where your fathers tempted me;
they tested me though they had seen my works."

R. If today you hear his voice, harden not your hearts.

Father/Daughter Dance

St. Joseph School is sponsoring the second annual Father/Daughter Dance on Friday, November 5, 7:00-9:00 p.m., in the school gym.

All dads of daughters in any grade are welcome to come and enjoy a night out with their little girl. There will be music, dancing, food, and drinks. Pictures will also be available.

We realize that special circumstances permit another male firgure in a student's life. If this is the case, a grandfather, uncle, etc. may attend in dad's place.

The theme for the evening is any football attire. An award will be given for the best dressed couple.

Early bird prices - $20 admits dad and one daughter. Each additional daughter is $5.

At the door prices - $30 admits dad and one daughter. Each additional daughter is $5.

Database Update

In order to keep our database updated for communication to and from school, it is important that we check information periodically.

We're asking your help with this process. Included in today's packet is a spreadsheet with the information we have on file. Please fill in ALL blanks and make corrections as needed and return the sheets. If everything is correct, please also return the sheets.

The forms are due back to school by Friday, October 15.

If parents/guardians of students do not live together, please supply us with the correct address of the other parent/guardian, and note the separation on the form.

Addresses for grandparents are not comlete. The school does send bulletins to everyone, grandparents included, with pictures and updates that grandparents would thoroughly enjoy. They cannot receive these bulletins without us have a complete address (that includes correct ZIP codes).

Thank you so much for your cooperation in updating our records.
