RENWEB
The following is from Renweb and may help anyone that may have been having some problems with Renweb.
Urgent iOS 9 Service Advisory
Please read this entire notice, as it may affect the performance of your RenWeb apps.
This Wednesday, September 16, Apple will release iOS 9. Our developers performed extensive testing of the RenWeb mobile apps suite (RenWeb Staff, RenWeb Staff HD and RenWeb Home) in iOS 9 emulator betas prior to this release.
In the course of testing, RenWeb developers found an issue with HTTPS permissions that prevented normal usage of our apps. The developers submitted an apps update to Apple to address this issue on Friday, September 11, though the update may not be in place before iOS 9 releases on Wednesday, September 16.
As a precaution, we recommend that you do not update your device to iOS 9 if you wish to use the RenWeb mobile apps suite. Once Apple has accepted our apps update, we will send a follow-up email.
If you have any questions, please contact Support at 866-800-6593 or email us at apps@renweb.com.
