Spring Pictures

We will take Spring Pictues tomorrow, Thursday April 14th. Only students ordering these pictures can wear the appropiate spring dress attire, (no leggins, jeggins or sleeveless top or dresses. Shoes must have a back on them.) Please view the acceptable dress code guidelines. If your child is not ordering spring pictures they must wear their school uniform.

Deadlines

Tomorrow is the LAST day to turn in money for the ALL WEEKEND RIDE BANDS for the fair as well as money and tickets for the raffle.

Spring Fair

The St Joseph Fair is coming soon. In order for it to be a success, we need help from everyone. The attached flyers explains which sort of items each class can donate for the silent auction. Also, exactly what is needed for the sweet booth to be a success. Also, don't forget to volunteer your time and work in the booths. Attached below is the link for you to sign up as well as flyers for the Jambalaya Cook Off, All Weekend Ride Passes, and the Holey Board Tournament. REMINDERS

  • AFTER SCHOOL CARE will be closed on April 22nd. Please make arrangements for your children.

Child Nutrition Program is Seeking Technicians

The Child Nutrition Program of the Diocese of Baton Rouge is seeking a Cafeteria Technician for St. Joseph School.

District Rally

We would like to recognize the following students, Logan Henley, Maria Guay and Caroline Casey, for competing in the District Literary Rally at Southeastern. These students took a test in English I, Algebra I and Spelling, competing against highschool students in the local area. Caroline Casey placed 1st in Spelling and Maria Guay placed 2nd in English I and will be advancing to the state competition this weekend at LSU. Congratulations, we are very proud of you.

Mini Cheer Camp

The St Joseph Cheerleaders will host their annual MINI CHEER CLINIC on Saturday May 14th for any St Joseph student in grades Prek thru 4th grade. The cost is $35 a mini cheerleader. Anyone wishing to sign up must return the paperwork to the office by Friday April 30th. Each mini cheerleader will receive a certificate, ribbon and tshirt as well as participate in a performance at the end of the clinic.

TUITION

Registration:

If a student is accepted into St. Joseph School, the registration fee is non-refundable. The registration fee is additional to the tuition.

Tuition:

Tuition-in-full is due to the school office by Friday, April 29, 2016. A late fee will be charged after this date.

Confetti Egg Booth

Mrs Susan Casey is collecting clean eggshells for confetti eggs at the spring fair. You can send them to school in the cartoons.

How to clean eggshells:

1. Make a quarter sized hole at the top of the raw egg.

2. Pour out raw egg and rinse.

3. Place back in carton.

4. Drop off all egg cartons in the gym.
