Lent
St. Joseph Church offers Stations of the Cross each Friday during Lent at 1:45 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. We are encouraging all families to attend stations on Friday, March 24th, at 6:00 p.m. This is a very special activity and wonderful to share as a family. Below is a list of the Friday dates station of the cross will be offered.
March 31st
Anyone is welcome to attend.
ATTENTION
At this time, we do not have any widespread illness to report at SJS. We do ask that you as parents help us by monitoring your children carefully. Please keep children at home if they exhibit any symptoms such as fever, nausea, or stomach issues that may be spread if exposed to other students. Thank you for your help in keeping our students healthy.
Strawberry Fest Parking
We need volunteers to help with this fundraiser. Please use the link below to register for a shift. There are only a few shifts left. We do still need volunteers for Wednesday evening as well. This is a great fundraiser for our school and is coordinated by the Crusader Dads.
Moms and Dads can help with this event. All proceeds help our school!

Rice Bowls
This Lent our community will participate in CRS Rice Bowl, a faith-in-action program that invites us to encounter anew ourselves, our neighbors and our God.
Please consider these suggestions in shaping your own family’s Lenten plan:
Use your CRS Rice Bowl and Lenten Calendar daily to guide your Lenten prayer, fasting and almsgiving.
As a family, read the Stories of Hope and daily reflections to inspire your Lenten journey—and guide your Lenten almsgiving.
Prepare simple meatless meals on Fridays throughout Lent, in solidarity with our brothers and sisters around the world.
Be sure to visit crsricebowl.org to watch videos of the people and communities your Lenten gifts are changing through CRS Rice Bowl.
We will be collecting your CRS Rice Bowls at the end of Lent, so stay tuned to learn more.
