SJS Fair Silent Auction

SJS silent auction will be mobile this year! We have joined forces with HANDBID, a mobile app that allows you to bid on our items from your smart device or computer. No more hovering over clipboards to ensure you get your desired item. Outbid? No worries. The app will notify you so you can place another bid.

Get started by downloading the HANDBID app and create your account. Search St Joseph Fair Auction 2018 ( no period after St). We strongly urge you to accept notifications from the app so you will be notified in real time if you have been outbid.

* Please note that there may be a time when the auction is down, so if you search for it and can't find it, don't panic. That just means the committee is working on it and uploading photos.

Follow these 3 EASY STEPS!

  • DOWNLOAD HANDBID APP from the APP store or Play store.
  • TAP GET STARTED & CREATE ACCT
  • SELECT AUCTION FROM LIST?

More Helpful Tips:

Set Max Bid - Select Max Bid and enter the maximum amount you are willing to spend. HANDBID will automatically bid for you up to this price.

DASHBOARD - Monitor your winning & losing bids! Swipe left & right to access categories and items. Select menu in upper left corner to view your profile, invoices, etc.

NOTIFICATIONS - Accept push notifications and recieve outbid notifications on your phone. If you don't have the app installed then you will receive text notifications.

PAY FROM YOUR PHONE! - When auction closes, select menu in upper left corner to view and pay your invoice. If you don't have the app, then see an auction manager.

* We will let you know when the auction goes live for bidding.
