Jr. Beta Club Fundraiser

The Jr. Beta Club will be sponsoring the Fall Fest Queen/ King Fundraiser again this year. Friday, October 12- Thursday October 18, students can bring in money to vote for the teacher that would make the best Queen or King of Fall Fest. It is twenty five cents for one vote. The teacher that has the most money donated under his or her name will be crowned during assembly on the day of Fall Fest. All donations for this fundraiser will go toward buying library books for a school in need. Bring your change in and vote!

Friday, October 26th

Pre-K – 4th Grade

Pre-K through 4th grade levels will attend Fall Fest at various times throughout the day. This will provide students with greater access to the games.

The schedule is as follows:

Pre-K & Kindergarten 9:00 a.m. – 10:15 a.m.

1st & 2nd Grade 10:30 a.m. – 11:45 a.m.

3rd & 4th Grade 12:15 p.m. – 1:30 p.m.

Students will only be allowed to attend at their designated time to ensure maximum play time for all students.

All PreK- 3rd grade students are asked to bring in one dozen of one of the following:
***** homemade treat (ex. brownies, cookies, cupcakes, rice crispy treats, muffins, etc.) - treats need to be individually wrapped.

4th grade students are asked to bring one box of juice pouches

Please send in these items the week of the festival (October 22-26)

The 8th grade students will be hosting the games for the PreK-4th grade students who will be attending the festival.

PreK-4th grade students will be at the festival playing games with prizes, face painting, and will enjoy several inflatables. Students will also receive several refreshments.

5th – 7th Grade

Our 5th, 6th, and 7th grade students will remain on campus and participate in a separate event that will take place on campus. Students do not need to bring anything for this activity.

The schedule is as follows:

5th, 6th, and 7th 11:45 a.m. – 2:15 p.m.

Students in 5th – 7th may wear spirit dress with their SJS spirit shirt or Fall Fest shirt and FREE SHOES.

Students in 5th-7th grades will have pizza, popcorn, drink, sweet treats, and a movie. Students will choose from a selection of movies. They will have a pizza picnic on the front lawn and then move to the “movie theater” (classrooms) of the movie they selected. They will be given popcorn and sweet treats during the movie.

New Orleans Pelicans vs. Dallas Mavericks @ 7:00 pm

NewOrleans Arena-Smoothie King Center.

Our group will receive the following:

*Fan Tunnel: 15 people from our group will be allowed to go on the court to form a fan tunnel and high-five the Pelicans players

*Group Picture: Our entire group will be allowed on the floor after the game to take a group photo on the court with some of the Pelicans dancers.

*Jumbotron: Our group name will be posted on the Jumbotron at halftime.

*Special Rate: Special group rate of $45. per ticket.

(Lower level seats are located on the first level of the arena.)
