Fall Fest Fun!
Thank you to everyone who helped make our Fall Fest a huge success. We appreciate all the hard work that went in to planning this special day for our SJS students. A huge shout out to everyone who came out in the rain to celebrate this day with us.

Soccer News!
Girls Soccer tryouts will be Thursday, November 7th and Friday, November 8th from 3:30 - 4:30 on the field behind the ELC building. ( behind the school)
Boys soccer tryouts will be Monday, November 11th after school til 4:30 on the field behind the ELC building.
CLASS GROUP, ABSENTEE, and RETAKE PICTURES
Tuesday, November 5th:CLASS GROUP, ABSENTEE, and RETAKE PICTURES!
CLASS GROUP PICTURES:The Class Group Picture Order Form/Envelope is being sent home today with all of the students. If you would like to purchase the "Class Group Picture", please be sure to complete all of the information on the envelope and place the money inside.
ABSENTEE PICTURES: IF your child was absent in August for individual pictures, I am sending that order form home today with your child, as well. If you choose to order these, please be sure to complete all of the information on this form and include the payment with it.
RETAKE PICTURES: If you need your child to retake his/her picture that was taken in August, the package that you received has to be sent back with your child to give to the photographer. They can't take retakes without turning that package back in.

Vocation Awareness Week - November 3rd - 9th - As a family, please pray this week for an increase in vocations to the religious life.
SJS Veterans Day Program
November 11th - 7:40 a.m. - immediately after assembly - All military family members are invited to join us for this special program.
TARC'S Penny Power Fundraiser!
St. Joseph's first graders are bringing TARC's annual Penny Power fundraiser to our school. Funds raised will assist TARC
in providing opportunities for children and adults with disabilities in our local community. Homerooms will receive a jar to fill with any type of money denomination. Any class that collects at least $100 will be treated to a pizza party. If each student brings about $5 they will reach their goal! Donations may be brought in November 4-8. Please help us make this a success for a much deserving organization! Last year was the 1st year our school participated and it was a huge success! Please help us do the same this year!

Cold Weather Uniform!

Also, please be sure to write your child's name in his/her sweater and/or sweatshirt.

October Crusaders of The Month
Congratulations to 4th grade student Sloane Martinez and 6th grader Addelyn Wolfe for being chosen as our October Crusaders of the month! Students were recognized at assembly and presented with a certificate and a basket of goodies donated by Berrytown Produce! We are so proud of you!
