Gospel reflection questions
Mk 9:38-43,45,47-48: In today’s Gospel the apostles want to limit the ministry of others. But Jesus explains that anyone “not against us is for us.” God blesses everyone with special abilities, and Jesus teaches here that we must use our talents to work for the good of all people, never hurting others.
What are some of the religious gifts (joy, patience, prayer, love, etc.) you have that can help others? What will you do this week for someone who needs your help?
