Monday, January 31st
Baby items for Catholic Charities -
Our students may wear a pink or blue shirt on Monday, January 31st, with school jeans and school shoes for a $1 donation.
All the money we collect will be used to purchase diapers and baby wipes.
We will bring our items to the Catholic Schools Week mass on Wednesday, February 2nd.
Friday, February 4th
Students may wear a christian t-shirt with school jeans and school shoes on Friday, Febrary 4th.
T- SHIRT DESIGN CONTEST
We want you to design our 2022 Spring Fair t-shirt. Flyers were sent home today !
THEME: Mission Possible
" For with God nothing shall be impossible" Luke 1:37
- The shirt color is green
- The design will go on the back of the shirt
- Only two colors can be used for the design
- Submissions need to be turned into the office no later than Monday, February 7th, 2022.
- The winning design will be announced on Friday, February 11th, 2022.
January Crusaders
Congratulations to 4th grader Ryder Perrin and 7th grader Breck Remondet. They are our January Crusaders of the Month. They were recognized during morning prayer and announcements, given a certificate, and presented with a basket of goodies donated by Berrytown Produce. We are so proud of you Ryder and Breck!

Valentine's Day Fundraiser - SJS Angels
The SJS ANGELS ( Dance Team) are selling Valentine's Day roses from January 20 - February 4.
( Labels went home last week )
To Purchase A Valentine's Day Rose:
- Fill out a "heart" label
- The cost for each heart is $1.00
- Place money and completed "heart" labels in an envelope marked " hearts" to the school office.
- Purchase as many as you wish. You may send them to anyone in the school . Examples: Students, teachers, buddies, etc.
- The "heart" label will be placed on a Valentine's Day Rose & distributed on Monday, February 14th.
- All hearts and money must be turned in by February 4th.
- Additional heart labels will be available by request in the office.

Gospel Reflection Question
Lk 4:21-30: In today’s Gospel, we see Jesus the prophet. Yet his own people were upset because they realized Jesus was going to teach all people, even the Gentiles. Jesus talked to them about two people from the Old Testament who were rejected by people but were called by God. They still rejected him.
Who gets rejected in our world? What can we do about it?
